Additionally, you may not be familiar with our Peel & Seal wristbands which are ideal for small runs to identify groups, use for parties or whatever you need to do.

You produce the label, print your requirements, place label on the band, remove protective cover and reseal for an easy, waterproof ID solution. Customers who prefer our Tyvek® wrist- bands now have the option of mixing and matching ‘retro imprints’, which are offered at a lower price than our customised Tyvek® wristbands.

V Festival required a “cashless solution” for their VIP area at the recent series of Festivals around Australia.

Wizid developed a barcode solution where that specific area of the event became cashless. Wizid Guideposts were preset to cover a wide range of drinks, divided into 15 classifications. Each drink style was issued with a barcode & eligible patrons issued with barcoded wristbands, all with a previously allocated set number of drinks applicable to the barcoded wristband.

The patron went to the bar, ordered their drinks, the barcode allocated for the ordered drink was then scanned ( loading the order ), the patrons barcoded wristband was then scanned. If the Wizid Guidepost light turned green, the drinks were served, if red the patron was denied service as they had already received their allocated drinks previously or a sponsors spend limit had been reached.

Bar staff only needed to check the Guidepost lights, meanwhile the Guideposts were keeping a running total for the various sponsors, who could control the amount of their spending. No money was changing hands & an accurate record of drinks served was instantly available, along with other parameters preset with the organisers. Data was captured for later marketing & sponsorship opportunities

One theme raised consistently by many customers, is the need for a simple to use access system.

Access control is a problem area & OH & S legislation plus duty of care requirements demand a solution. Wizid has developed our own patent pending wireless based entry & exit system.

Specially encrypted barcodes are used & once the barcode has been scanned & verified, access is allowed or denied. We have the ability to print the barcode on a wristband, card, credential or ticket & when that barcode is scanned the Wizid Guidepost displays a green or red light, informing staff to allow or deny entry.

This is where the simplicity of our access system shines. If staff can use a barcode scanner they can operate our system, they are literally just looking for a green light on our Guideposts to give the OK. We work with you to determine the parameters & entitlements you want preset into our Guideposts, Staff, Vips, Backstage, Meals etc may be preloaded for your solution.

Data is captured in real time & may be checked immediately or gathered for later evaluation. We also eliminate the need for Computers, Power, Cables, Software & Training.
