If you’re an event organiser putting on an event where wristbands will be used as your entry ticket or proof of payment, you can help defray your costs by finding a sponsor for your wristband.

Perhaps the sponsors logo could be combined with your wristb
and message, so that each party can be obtain benefits from the sponsorship deal. The sponsor may obtain increased brand awareness when the wristband is printed with his logo or special offer as a means to increase his sales & the event organiser charges the cost of the wristbands to the sponsor & may even treat the deal as a premium & make money by the sponsors advertising, thereby changing the wristband from a cost centre to a profit centre. It’s a great way to get your wristbands for free & perhaps make money if you find the right sponsor.

Brightly coloured wristbands are used essentially for two purposes identification and or security.
When your message is custom printed on a wristband it acts as a highly visible billboard enabling security to identify you from a distance as a patron of the event & you have a right to be there.
Wristbands should be highly visible & tyvek wristbands are designed to be non-stretch & non transferrable which helps to guarantee one person, one entry.
Rubber stamps can’t be seen from a distance and the imprint may be misused & transferred to other patrons.
Cable ties cannot be printed like a wristband & have a one way ratchet which can only be tightened.
If some patrons decide to prank their mates & pull on the cable ties, they can tighten to a painful degree & the event organiser may then be exposed to OH&S issues.
Printed wristbands are designed with the patron & security in mind, offering a cost effective & efficient means of supporting your security measures.

At Wizid we recommend you have a logo or message printed on your wristbands, so that the wristbands are specifically connected to your event.
Over the years millions of unprinted tyvek wristbands have been supplied into the Australian market & it is possible coloured wristbands could be used by unscrupulous people to enter your event or gain some benefit at your cost.
Having your wristbands imprinted with your message, design and or logo link them uniquely to your event & helps eliminate gate crashers who may try & free load at your party, festival or event.
If your wristbands don’t have some identifier these gate crashers can take advantage of what’s on offer & you have no way of telling if they have a right to be there if the wristbands remain unprinted.
We suggest you take advantage of our online wristband designer to make your wristbands unique & thereby increase your security.
